Friendship is very important to me. When I was little, I didn't have a lot of friends. The other kids at school picked on me a lot. So, I developed this fear of meeting new people. I basically became too shy and scared.

When my family moved, I was really afraid to attend a new school because of my fears. But soon, I met Venus. She was born in Mexico, but her parents send here to the United Stated as an exchange student for a year. We were actually introduce by our Spanish teacher. Pretty soon we became great friends. We talked about the sillies things and handed out constantly. LoL! I remembered I told her about Asian dramas and she loved them (we used to watch them together a lot). When Venus year came up to an end, I knew she had to go back to her country. I was sad to know I would not see her as much, but we both promised to always keep in touch no matter what. To this day, I still talk to Venus. I consider her as my best-friend. Sometimes we write letters, Ichat, or send messages via Facebook. I miss her so much, but I know in my heart we will see each other once again.
